• SIMATIC ET 200SP Open Controller is the first controller to combine the functions of a PC-based software controller with visualization, PC applications and central I/O in a compact device.It consists of an interface module + a signal module/base installed on the right. Usually, this series does not have control capabilities by itself (it only completes the acquisition of field signals and the execution of commands), so it needs to be combined with a controller (CPU module) to form a complete control system. It has the functions of a controller and is programmable. The distributed controller is small in size and can save valuable electrical cabinet space when combined with the signal module, making it very suitable for some small automation applications.
