Fault Judgment
- phase failure is usually manifested in the motor can not run normally, or the operation process has obvious abnormal noise or vibration. At this time, should immediately stop the machine to check. 2.
- Check whether the power input and output are normal, if there is a power input or output failure, the corresponding parts should be replaced immediately.
- Observe whether the input and output signals of the driver are normal through the oscilloscope. If the input and output signals are abnormal, adjust the corresponding parameters or replace the driver immediately.
- check whether the motor cable is intact, if the cable is broken or loose, it should be replaced or fixed immediately.
- check whether the heat dissipation system of the drive is normal, if there is poor heat dissipation, you should immediately clean up the heat sink or replace the heat dissipation parts.
Maintenance Guidelines
- Preparation tools: oscilloscope, multimeter, screwdriver, solder, wires, etc.
- Disconnect: first disconnect the power supply and separate the Servo Drive from the system.
- Disassembly: Use a screwdriver to remove the shell of the servo drive and observe whether the internal circuit board and components are obviously burned or damaged.
